Kids Fitness

A balance of both fun and fitness activities geared for ages 5 years and older.

Aqua Aerobics

Shallow and deep water full-body workout, working your cardiovascular and muscular system using water bells, kick-boards, and weights.

Pilates & Barre

Mat Pilates is performed on the floor using a yoga mat and various props. The main fitness goals of a Mat Pilates program includes improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.

Yoga, Pilates, Barre

Mentally and actively let out tension using stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques. While building your core strength, also will provide deliberate and intense muscle engagement.


An intense cardiovascular workout using stationary cycles. Instructors use music and verbal clues to simulate cycling on roads and trails. While it is a super-intense workout, it can easily be modified for anyone, even beginners.

Five Seasons Sports Club has state-of-the-art fitness studios that include cardiovascular, free weights, pilates, bands and tubes, and spinning and aerobic studios. With the certified personal trainers on staff, Five Seasons will rival anyone in the area.

Fitness Director - Level 4 Personal Trainer

Stephanie McFarland

Stephanie has a diverse background in fitness with a focus on recreational sports. She graduated with a BA from Miami University in Oxford, OH. Her specialties include injury prevention and rehabilitation and general fitness and conditioning. She is active in equestrian sports and hold advanced belts in TaeKwonDo and Kajukenpo Karate. She enjoys running and outdoor activities. 

Certifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Red Cross CPR/AED, ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) Jumpstart Certified, Spinning Instructor Certified, STAR LVL 1, Bender Barre Method Certified Instructor

Kirk Willig

Kirk played varsity soccer and ran track at Hanover College, where he received his BA in Exercise Physiology. He continues to compete in Track & Field events as a long jumper with USA Track & Field. Kirk is an ACE trainer focusing on speed and agility training, sport specific training, injury rehab and prevention and general fitness and conditioning.

Certifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Red Cross CPR/AED, High Performance Training for Sports, Winning Sports Nutrition, Low Back Disorders

Level 6 Personal Trainer

Patrick Harner

Patrick has been helping clients journey toward their fitness goals for over 14 years. A problemsolver, life-long learner, and relentless investigator, he has been helpful to a broad spectrum of clients including those with various orthopedic issues, as well those who are trying to prevent orthopedic issues. He has an extensive athletic background including collegiate track & field, collegiate football, and even qualified for the US Skeleton Development Team. He enjoys obstacle course racing, writing, reading, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Level 4 Personal Trainer

James Crilley

James played for a Division II national championship tennis team at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. His background as a trainer involves working with a wide range of clients, from pre-teen to professional athletes. His specialty is sports performance and injury prevention, focusing on developing strength and mobility while teaching healthy lifestyle habits for sustainable results.

He was trained in public speaking and leadership from Dale Carnegie in Chicago and has years of experience speaking about health and wellness.

Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, USPTR Certified Tennis Professional, iTPA Certified Tennis Performance Specialist, Red Cross CPR/AED

Level 4 Personal Trainer

Karl Daniels

Karl was a four sport varsity athlete in high school and ran track & field at Ohio University, where he earned his B.S. in Exercise Sciences. As an ACSM certified personal trainer, he specializes in the management of ADD/ADHD symptoms and diabetes with exercise. From high performance training to general fitness, Karl has the expertise to customize training plans for his clients. He also specializes in youth athletic development, including overuse injuries and prevention.

Level 3 Personal Trainer

Christy Chester

Christy graduated from Beijing Sport University after having devoted her life to Olympic Weight Lifting since the age of 12. Christy has won many awards in weightlifting, bodybuilding and CrossFit including being named the 2018 Fittest Woman in China. She earned her Master’s degree in Physical Education & Sports Training from Beijing Sport University, China. She specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss, and high intensity training. She adds many sports elements into her workout sessions. She has rich experience in helping clients build muscle, lose fat and accomplish their fitness goals..

Certifications: Personal Training Certification by Chinese National Sports Bureau, CPR/AED, First Aid, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Russian KettleBell Instructor, Club Bell Instructor, International Bodybuilding Coach, Prenatal & Postnatal Pregnancy Fitness Instructor.

Level 2 Personal Trainer

Jessica Hughes-Skallos

Jessica was an avid swimmer while in high school and after moving to Cincinnati, she coached YMCA swimming and participated in the Masters Swim program. She started Obstacle Course Racing in 2012 completing over 15 races to date, including Tough Mudders, Spartan Races, and a Spartan Race Hurricane Heat, which was a 4+ hour endurance race. She received her undergraduate degree from of Western Michigan University and Masters degree from the University of Cincinnati. Her specialties include obstacle course training, and weight loss and general fitness, specifically time management and motivation after a life changing event. She incorporates strength and cardiovascular work into workouts to foster muscular growth and fat loss.

Level 2 Personal Trainer

Robert Wendling

Robert graduated with a BS in Sports and Biomechanics and a MPH in Health Education and Health Promotion from the University of Cincinnati. His focus is to help clients improve daily performance, whether it is sport or daily life specific. His clientele includes those with diverse needs, whether it is to become a better athlete or recover from surgery. He also focuses on prevention and management of chronic conditions. His specialities include increasing athletic ability, functionality, weight loss, and the management of chronic conditions.

Certifications: NCHEC Certified Health Education Specialist, ACSM Health Fitness Specialist

Level 4 Personal Trainer

Laurie Lefton

Laurie graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Exercise Science. Upon graduation she gained valuable experience working with two different physical therapy teams. She dealt with back and orthopedic rehabilitation as well as acute care cardiac rehab. Her specialties include individual and small group training, injury prevention, rehabilitation exercise, helping clients with general fitness, weight loss, healthy lifestyle and weight management. She grew up swimming competitively and also enjoys teaching water aerobics at the club. Laurie has recovered well from a recent spinal fusion and plans on getting back to triathlon training. She is currently working toward her Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Personal Trainer

Cammy Dierking

Cammy spent 38 years as a broadcast journalist, the last 31 as News Anchor at WKRC-TV Local 12 in Cincinnati.  During that time, she also worked as a professional motivational speaker at events dealing with: health and wellness, fitness, and active aging. A lifelong athlete, Cammy was a collegiate swimmer, competitive swim coach, and she has completed 3 Ironman triathlons, 24 marathons, and 14 century bike rides. Cammy specializes in orthopedic and joint replacement rehab training (she’s had both knees and a hip replaced), exercise and stretching for osteoarthritis, senior fitness/active aging, swim instruction and endurance race training.

Yoga & Dance Instructor

Arra Bella Rose

Arra is an accomplished dancer and teacher having trained in ballet at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Hollywood, CA, where she spent five years as an actress and dancer. She also trained at the Cincinnati Music Academy. She taught American Style Ballroom Dance at Arthur Murray and Fred Astaire Dance Studios, and now offers private and group ballroom dance lessons, wedding choreography and private beginner ballet. She is also certified in Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage by the Cincinnati Yoga School. She offers private yoga, breathing technique, mediation and Thai Yoga Massage to her
