Pilates & Barre
Mat Pilates is performed on the floor using a yoga mat and various props. The main fitness goals of a Mat Pilates program includes improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.
Yoga, Pilates, Barre
Mentally and actively let out tension using stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques. While building your core strength, also will provide deliberate and intense muscle engagement.
Cycle
An intense cardiovascular workout using stationary cycles. Instructors use music and verbal clues to simulate cycling on roads and trails. While it is a super-intense workout, it can easily be modified for anyone, even beginners.

Five Seasons Sports Club has state-of-the-art fitness studios that include cardiovascular, free weights, pilates, bands and tubes, and spinning and aerobic studios. With the certified personal trainers on staff, Five Seasons will rival anyone in the area.

Amy was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. She worked for Sinclair Community College helping veterans use their GI Bill more than 25 years ago. While there, she was passionate about health and wellness which became a life long journey. Her weekly fitness regime included weight training, fitness classes and cardio 5-6 days a week. After years of healthy living, she realized fifteen years ago that fitness was her calling and decided to share her passion and knowledge to help inspire others to achieve their fitness goals. As your trainer, she is able to help clients realize their potential in overall strength building focusing on core, flexibility and balance to get the results you want.

She knows how busy life can be as a student, a parent, and generally as a person.
It’s hard to get back into and stay in the swing of things, but she is going to be there to help with that!
Kae got her start towards personal training back in high school when she sustained an injury during softball. Devastated about no longer being able to pursue sports, she turned to sports medicine. Helping to support the body as it heals and preventative care opened her eyes to a world that she wanted to dive into headfirst!
Kae cares deeply about helping her clients become the best and most confident versions of themselves through training their bodies and helping them reach their health and fitness goals: ONE REP AT A TIME!

Molly Meier
An Air Force veteran with a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Molly took her drive for continuous improvement, innovation and service to others and obtained a certification in personal training and nutrition coaching from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Molly is now an accomplished endurance runner and is passionate about helping others accomplish their own wellness goals and unlock their inner potential through fitness. Molly takes a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition, emphasizing proper form and body awareness and incorporating various types of fitness training concepts (including bodyweight/HIIT training, TRX, yoga and Pilates) into her workouts.
