Duties include Greet members upon arrival and check them in at the Member Service Desk, responds in a professional and courteous manner to members and nonmembers, Ensures that the front lobby is clean and welcoming for our members, accurately answers inquiries from members regarding programming and billing, books tennis court reservations in person or over the telephone, consistently resolves member problems and complaints in an efficient manner, responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding billing, club information, and guest concerns in a timely manner. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Duties include cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout the health club. This person will support the cleaning and sanitizing of shared or common spaces that members utilize and frequent, including restocking of supplies in restrooms, locker rooms and front desk. Must be at least 16 years of age.
